De Luca Gioielli allows the return for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLY FOR ITALY)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions:
The products must not have been used, modified or customized.
The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.
N.B. In the event that the returned product has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order for obtaining a gift, the return of the product means that the return of the aforementioned gift is also included and mandatory.
HOW TO RETURN (FOR ITALY ONLY)
Make the return in 5 simple steps:
1 - Send an e-mail: assistenza@delucagioielli.com
2 - Indicate the order number in the object
3 - Mention in the body of the message the product (or products) of your order that you want to return and a brief motivation. It is possible to request a refund or an exchange.
4 - Deliver your return to a courier or post office:
- Put the item or items to be returned inside a box / envelope (you can use ours) well sealed and protected.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE AMOUNT
You will be reimbursed for the cost of the returned item minus any discounts or coupon codes, minus the return costs. The return shipment is charged to the customer. The gift box, the gift kit and any shipping costs for the outward journey will in no case be refunded.
CUSTOMERS RESIDING OUTSIDE ITALY AND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY
The return shipment is charged to the customer (the cost is a minimum of € 20, depending on the shipping country).
HOW THE REFUND TAKES PLACE
The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:
- PAYMENT WITH CASH ON DELIVERY: reimbursement is made only by bank transfer. In this case you will need to provide us with your bank details via email (IBAN and account holder data), when you send the return request.
- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded.
- PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: the cancellation is made directly via PayPal.
N.B. In the event that the returned product (or products) has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order for obtaining a gift, the return of the product means that the return of the aforementioned gift is also included and mandatory.
